Required qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist with 1 year of experience
• Certified Surgical Technologist experience within the last year

Required onboarding and compliance

• Government-issued photo ID

• Background check covering the past 7 years, including all locations lived/worked
• Education verification
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check
• HHS/OIG check
• Photo for badge
• Background drug screen consent form
• Checklist
• Non-disclosure of confidential information form
• Parking pass
• ReadySet contractor form
• ReadySet surveys
• Care learning modules
• Cerner learning training modules
• Physical exam
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap vaccination within 10 years of start
• Negative TB screening or chest X-ray
• TB questionnaire, if applicable
• Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, COVID, and flu documentation or exemption as required
• Drug testing
• Color blind exam
• 2 clinical references
• Employment application/resume

Additional notes

• Candidates must have all required certifications on file before start; pending certifications are not allowed.
• Photo identification must be carried on person during hours of service.
• Workers compensation documentation is preferred but not required.
