Registered Nurse - Home Care
Role Overview
- Home care RN position
- 13-week contract
- 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Weekly workload: 25–30 visits, including start-of-care and revisit appointments
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Home Health experience within the last year
- 2 years of Home Health experience
- Experience in a Home Care setting
- Experience with OASIS
- Experience with Epic
- BLS
- Driver's License
