Valid RN license in Michigan
2 years of Med Surg experience
Med Surg experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License

Additional Requirements

Must have a current medical-surgical skills checklist
Must provide one supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment
Must have a personal vehicle
Must live more than 50 miles from the facility
Must include permanent address in the profile
Requested time off must be submitted with the profile; no more than 5 days will be accepted
Block scheduling is not accepted
