Illinois RN license in hand to submit
BLS certification
Driver’s license included in the submission packet
1 year of experience

Experience Preferences

Geriatrics experience preferred
First-time travelers accepted

Facility Details

Skilled nursing / long-term care setting
Typical census: 80–95 residents
RN ratio: 1:25 in LTC, 1:13 in SNF

Responsibilities

IVs and IV antibiotics/fluids
Assessments
Medications
Dressing changes
Wound vac care
Admissions and discharges

Schedule and Work Conditions

Every other weekend
Every other holiday
No call or standby
May float between units
Block scheduling may be accommodated
Any color of professional scrubs

Clinical Environment

Interdisciplinary team includes PT/OT/SLP, RT, social work, MDS nurses, wound care, and dietician
Dedicated pharmacy available 24/7
COVID patients are intermixed
PAPR and N95 are used
