Description
Occupational Therapist Travel Assignment
Location
- East Chicago, Indiana
Assignment Details
- Travel position
- 13-week contract
- 40 guaranteed hours per week
- Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Weekend coverage: 1 weekend per month
- Start-of-day report time: 8:00 AM
Setting
- Acute inpatient rehab
- Geriatric patient population
- 20-bed unit
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Indiana
- Occupational Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
- OTR
- Master's degree in occupational therapy
- Experience working with Adult patients
Preferred Experience
- Hospital experience preferred
Additional Notes
- Common diagnoses/treatments include stroke and orthopedic cases
- Must be flexible and collaborative
- Scrub color: Teak
- Parking is available in a lot outside the facility
