Job Overview

Contract assignment in Newport, Vermont
Day shift: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
32 hours per week

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Vermont
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Home Health (2 years of experience)
Home Health experience within the last year
Hospice experience
Experience with OASIS
BLS
Driver's License

Work Setting / Responsibilities

Travel between patients’ homes for visits
Outpatient care
Must be able to adapt to schedule changes

Schedule Details

Some weekend coverage required
Some emergency-only call may be scheduled
