Description
Peds/Neo Respiratory Therapist
Location
- Morgantown, West Virginia
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Schedule
- 12-hour day shifts
- 36 hours per week
- Preference scheduling
- 6 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule
- Holidays as scheduled
Setting
- NICU or PICU
- Pediatric and neonatal patients
Required Qualifications
- Registered Respiratory Therapist preferred
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP
- 2 or more years of experience working in PICU and/or level 4 or greater NICU
Responsibilities
- Provide all aspects of respiratory care
- Assist with intubation only
- Manage airway care, intrahospital transport, and respiratory therapies including aerogen, Volara, cough assist, IPV, NAVA, and ventilator support
Additional Details
- Not on call
- Does not float
- Hospitalist or intensivist in house
- Department orientation provided, with timing based on prior experience
- Dress code: stone/light gray
