Required Qualifications

  • Certified Surgical Technologist with 2 years of experience
  • Certified Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
  • One completed travel assignment
  • ACLS issued by American Heart Association
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association
  • NBSTSA
  • Driver's License
  • Spine proficiency
  • Orthopedics experience and proficiency
  • Robotics experience and proficiency
  • ENT experience and proficiency
  • Gynecology experience and proficiency
  • Experience with Epic

Additional Hiring Requirements

  • Work history
  • Skills checklist specific to Operating Room / Surgical Tech / Certified surgical tech / scrub tech
  • 1 supervisory reference form completed within the last two years

Assignment Notes

  • Local candidates are not accepted; candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility based on driver’s license
  • Past employees of the health system may be restricted from returning to travel assignments under the stated separation policy
  • NBO: 16 hours
  • Orientation dates: 9/28 and 10/12
