Required Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist with 2 years of experience
- Certified Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- NBSTSA
- Driver's License
- Spine proficiency
- Orthopedics experience and proficiency
- Robotics experience and proficiency
- ENT experience and proficiency
- Gynecology experience and proficiency
- Experience with Epic

- 1 supervisory reference form completed within the last two years
Assignment Notes
- Local candidates are not accepted; candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility based on driver’s license
- Past employees of the health system may be restricted from returning to travel assignments under the stated separation policy
- NBO: 16 hours
- Orientation dates: 9/28 and 10/12
