Schedule

• 4 ten-hour day shifts: 07:00–17:30
• Includes call coverage on a rotating basis:

  • One short call each week: 19:30–23:00
  • Or one long call each week: 23:00–07:00
  • One to two 24-hour weekend call shifts per six-week grid

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Rhode Island
• OR - Operating Room (5 years of experience)
• OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Driver's License

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements

• Nursys verification
• License and/or certification primary source verification
• Rhode Island fingerprinting for RN roles
• CNE specialty competency exam
• CNE basic EKG exam
• CNE pharmacology exam
• CNE core competencies
• Criminal background check
• First look orientation packet
• Non-employee confidentiality agreement
• Employment verification for the last 5 years
• Covid and flu policy form
• Confirmation of assignment
• Badge photo
• Occupational health clearance form

Health / Immunization Requirements

• COVID-19 vaccine series or bivalent booster
• MMR immunity or positive titers
• Hepatitis B immunity, positive titer, or declination on facility form
• 2-step PPD or IGRA within the last year
• Varicella immunity or positive titer
• Tdap within the last 10 years
• Fit test within 1 year of start

• Limited or no requested time off is preferred by the manager
• Flu vaccine documentation is listed as optional
• Positive PPD/TB history documentation is listed as optional
