Respiratory Therapist Travel Contract
Overview
- Specialty: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics

- Shift: Day, 3x12 hours
- Weekly hours: 36
- Schedule requirements: Weekends and holidays required
- On-call: No on-call
- Local candidates: Accepted at the same rate
Required Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Tennessee
- Experience: Registered Respiratory Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Recent experience: Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
- Certifications: ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Certifications: BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Certifications: PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Epic familiarity: Experience with Epic
Role Responsibilities
- Administer aerosolized medication via oral inhalation
- Perform EZPAP, IPPB, MDI, CPT, incentive spirometry, oxygen therapy, CPAP/BiPAP therapy, and arteriocentesis
Additional Notes
- Travel experience is preferred
- 10 additional unbillable orientation hours will be added if the Epic test-out is not passed
