Job Overview
- Location: Reno, Nevada
- Employment type: Travel
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: 3x12s, rotating days of the week, varied shifts
- Weekly hours: 36

Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Nevada
- Registered Respiratory Therapist with 2 years of experience
- Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
- One 13-week or more of total travel experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- PALS issued by American Heart Association
- Experience in an Acute Care setting
- Experience in a Critical Care setting
Job Responsibilities
- Provides respiratory therapy procedures for patients from newborn to geriatric ages
- Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates respiratory care
- May initiate, modify, refine, transition, discontinue, and restart therapy under protocol
- Responsible for documentation of patient records and department logs
- Provides direct patient care
Work Conditions
- May float to organizational needs up to competency level
- May be required to work major holidays
- May be required to pick up one additional shift during the schedule period
- Schedule may include weekends, holidays, and some call shifts
- Low-census call-off may occur up to 48 hours without penalty
- Fast-paced, high-volume environment
