Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Maryland
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
- BLS
- ACLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License
- CVU - Cardiovascular Unit experience
Onboarding / Compliance
- Color vision screening completed prior to start and updated every 3 years
- Core competencies completed within a year of start and updated every 3 years
- EKG exam with passing score of at least 80% and only two attempts permitted
- Nursing contingent worker onboarding completed onsite
- Onboarding education attestation required
- Nova StatStrip pre-hire modules required before clearance and annually
- Badge photo required
- COVID-19 vaccination required
- MMR documentation required
- Hepatitis B documentation required
- Influenza vaccine required
- Health statement or completed physical exam required

Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients, including continuous monitoring with advanced medical equipment, medication administration, response to emergencies, documentation, care coordination, patient and family education, infection control, continuing education, and precepting.
