Overview

• Travel/contract role in Seattle, Washington
• 13-week contract
• Day shift: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
• Start date: ASAP

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Washington
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Cardiology (2 years of experience)
• Cardiology experience within the last year
• Electrophysiology Lab experience
• Experience with Epic

Required Skills

• Cardiac cath lab procedures, including pacemaker/defibrillator lead extraction/removal and Watchman procedure
• Electrophysiology procedures, including arrhythmia induction, cardiac ablation, cardiac mapping, cardioversion, conduction studies, insertion/programming of AICDs, left atrial appendage (LAA) closure, and pacemaker insertion
• Medication management with antiarrhythmics, antihypertensives, and thrombolytics
• Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
• Obtaining 12-lead EKG/ECG
• Patient education, especially around lifestyle and medication adherence
• Quality improvement initiatives
