- Location: Aiken, South Carolina
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Schedule: Day shift, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Setting and caseload
- Home health role with home visits and periodic office meetings
- Patients may be seen in homes and facilities
- Average caseload is 5–6 patients per day
- Productivity expectation is 30 points per week
Required qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in South Carolina
- Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Experience working with Adult patients
- Experience in a Home Health setting
- Driver's License
- Experience with Homecare Homebase
