ED RRT

Role Overview

  • ED RRT position
  • Travel/Contract assignment in Cleveland, Ohio
  • Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:30
  • 36 hours per week
  • Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (2 years of experience)
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
  • Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Ohio
  • NBRC
  • BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
  • Two recent satisfactory pre-employment references
  • Application must include 3 years prior work history, including at least 2 years of clinical practice in an acute care setting and in a similar area to the assignment
  • Unit-specific skills checklist
  • Unit-specific competency exam within 12 months of start
  • Transcript/diploma
  • Valid government-issued photo ID
  • Background check
  • FBI and BCI fingerprints within 12 months of start
  • I9/E-Verify attestation
  • Pre-employment physical within 1 year of start
  • Fit mask within 12 months of start
  • Negative 2-step PPD or Quantiferon Gold TB test/T-Spot within 6 months of start
  • TB questionnaire if history of past positive TB test
  • Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, and Varicella documentation
  • Negative 10-panel drug screen within 12 months of start
  • Flu vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption during flu season
  • Online training modules completed prior to start

Preferred

  • Non-RQI BLS is preferred

Schedule / Float

  • Weekends as needed
  • May float as needed at CCF facilities

Additional Notes

  • All RTO and scheduling requests must be communicated during submission and interview
  • All work history, including any Cleveland Clinic positions, must be included in the profile
  • Copies of required certifications must be included with submission
