Float Pool Registered Nurse - Step Down
Overview
- Location: Helena, Montana
- Shift: 12hr Night
- Hours per week: 36
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Role Summary
- Float Pool RN with floating required between medical floor, stepdown/ICU, and surg/onc.
- The role is described as caring for more stepdown-type patients than heavy ICU patients.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Montana
- Float (2 years of experience)
- Float experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS
- ACLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Stepdown experience
Preferred Qualifications
- ICU experience
Additional Notes
- Ratios: 1:5 to 6
- EMR: Epic
- 200 mile radius rule
- All RTO or schedule requests must be included at submission; requests after submission will not be approved
