RN Bone Marrow
Overview
- Travel RN role in Webster, Texas.
- Unit: Oncology/Transplant & Cellular Therapy.
- 8-bed unit on 4W in Central Tower.
- 36 hours per week.
- Contract length: 13 weeks.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Texas.
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Bone Marrow Transplant (1 year of experience).
- Bone Marrow Transplant experience within the last year.
- Chemo/Biotherapy administration experience.
- Hematology experience.
- Oncology experience.
- BLS.
- ONS/ONCC.
Preferred
- ONCC Oncology Certified Nurse Certification.
- ACLS.
Unit Details
- Patient ratio: 4:1.
- Equipment includes telemetry.
- EMR: Meditech.
Procedures / Clinical Work
- Chemo/Biotherapy administration.
- BMT/Bone Marrow transplant.
- Blood administration.
- Cardiac monitoring.
Floating
- May float to Med surg.
Schedule
- Rotating weekends.
Dress Code
- Royal Blue Scrubs.
