ER Float RN - WEST VALLEY

Overview

• Travel ER RN assignment in Laveen, Arizona.
• The role includes floating to several different ER satellite locations in the area.
• Schedule is made in advance so the traveler knows the reporting location.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience.
• Active ACLS and BLS.
• Arizona or compact license.
• Cannot have worked in Arizona for the past 12 months as permanent staff, and cannot currently hold an active position at an acute care hospital or hospital system in Arizona, including PRN.
• COVID vaccine is required, or a declination form with appropriate documentation and hospital approval.
• Must pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to start, with 2 max attempts.
• Must pass SIM Lab on Day 1 of orientation.

Preferred

• TNCC.
• CPI.

Assignment Details

• Unit: ER.
• Ratios: 4:1.
• Shifts: 12-hour nights.
• Weekend requirement: every other weekend.
• Holidays: as needed.
• Floating: no internal floating, but the assignment floats to listed campuses/satellite locations.
• Vents: vent capable.
• Lab draws: performed by ER staff.
• IV team: no.
• Scrub color: Galaxy Blue.
• Floor-specific orientation: yes.
