NICU RN
Overview
- Role: Registered Nurse (RN)
- Specialty/Unit: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
- Location: Providence, Rhode Island
- Schedule: Weeknights and weekends; 48 hours/week; four 12-hour shifts; predominantly nights
- Contract: 9 weeks
- Start/End: 11/02/2026 to 01/02/2027
- Extension: No extension available
- Holidays required: Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Rhode Island
- NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last year
- 1 year of NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- NRP
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Driver's License
- Experience with Epic
Preferred Qualifications
- STABLE certification
- Vent/high-acuity neonate experience
Additional Notes
- Flu vaccine required
- COVID-19 vaccine required with no exemptions
- Candidates with no time off requests will be given preference
