Overview

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
Unit: Women & Infants Hospital (WIH) — NICU
Location: Providence, Rhode Island
Employment type: LTA
Schedule: 36 hours/week, three 12-hour shifts; weeknights and weekends; predominantly nights
Contract length: 9 weeks
Start date: 11/02/2026
End date: 01/02/2027
Extension: No extension available
Holidays required: Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day
Time off preference: Candidates with no time off requests are preferred

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Rhode Island
NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last year
NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care (1 year of experience)
BLS issued by American Heart Association
NRP
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License
Experience with Epic
