Description
OB/GYN RN Travel Contract
Overview
- Location: Redwood Falls, Minnesota
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Schedule: 3x12 shifts, days or nights, with every other weekend or 3rd weekend commitment
- Shift times: 7:00 AM–7:30 PM or 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
- Start date: ASAP, any Monday
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Minnesota
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
- Labor and Delivery (1 year of experience)
- Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
- OB/GYN experience
- Antepartum experience
- Nursery experience
- Post Partum experience
Additional Requirements
- Criminal background check
- GSA/SAM excluded provider check
- OIG excluded provider check
- Third-party education verification
- Fingerprinting clearance for Minnesota
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Fit test for N95 mask
- Tdap vaccination
- TB screening or chest X-ray
- Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
- Hepatitis B vaccination, positive titer, or declination
- Seasonal flu vaccination or declination
- Two recent employer references
- Skills checklist
- Photo for badge
- Confidentiality agreement
- Medication test/pharmacology competency exam
- Competency exam as applicable by profession
Notes
- Education modules are completed during orientation
- Dress code must be reviewed before start
- Candidate must complete Minnesota DHS NetStudy steps promptly after signing
