- Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Utah
- Respiratory Therapist (2 years of experience)
- Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association

Ogden is just 35 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport, but it offers an entirely different world, with much of it covered by the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest.
