Occupational Therapist Home Health
Overview
- Contract assignment in Hermiston, Oregon
- Home health patient care provided in patients’ homes
- Day shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- 40 hours per week
- Weekend rotation required
- Must work Thanksgiving and New Year’s
- Must have own car
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Oregon
- Occupational Therapist (3 years of experience)
- Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS
- Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
- Evidence of continuing education appropriate for skill level and area of practice
- Registration as an Occupational Therapist with the American Occupational Therapy Association
Additional Notes
- CRASE training will be required if the travel assignment extends beyond 6 months
