- PACU traveler role in a Level 3 Trauma Center.
- First-time traveler okay.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Iowa
- PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (2 years of experience)
- PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or US Military
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or US Military
- PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or US Military
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License
Float Scope
- May be asked to float to ICU
- May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses
Unit Details
- Patient ratio: 1:2
- Travelers will not take ICU patients, but may serve as a resource
