Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health
Overview
- Temp role in New Lenox, Illinois
- Days shift
- 13-week contract
- Home Health assignment
- Performs some telehealth/virtual visits in addition to home visits
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Illinois
- Home Health (1 year of experience)
- Home Health experience within the last year
- BLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
- OASIS and start of care experience
- Strong Med Surg experience with some Home Health experience
Assignment Details
- Territory within 15 miles, with possible expansion if census is low
- Census: 24–26 on case load
- Mileage reimbursed at the standard IRS rate
- Orientation is 2 days: first day in the office, second day in the field
- EMR: Matrix
- iPad provided
