Emergency Dept RN

Overview

• Travel RN role in the Emergency Department
• 1 opening
• Shift: Mids
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Weekend coverage preferred: FSS coverage or at least 3 weekends a month
• Call: No
• Float scope: ICU, CCU, or MS
• Unit has 25 beds
• Patient ratio: 1:5
• Trauma level: Not designated

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Arkansas
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• ACLS
• BLS
• PALS
• CPI
• NIHSS
• Trauma experience
• Cardiology experience
• Orthopedics experience

Preferred Qualifications

• NRP
• Triage experience

Unit Details

• Equipment: Tele-med cart, Baxter IV, Omnicelle
• EHR: Meditech
• Common diagnoses/treatment: Cardiac, Respiratory, Ortho

Additional Notes

• Must be greater than 60 miles from the facility to be considered travel
