NICU Respiratory Therapist
Overview
- Contract role in Grand Forks, North Dakota
- 13-week assignment
- Straight nights, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
Role Summary
- Performs and documents evaluations and patient assessments
- Provides diagnostic and therapeutic treatment, patient education, family teaching, and support
- Identifies significant changes in patient condition and takes appropriate action
- Provides high-quality critical care for infants in the NICU
- Responsible for transport of infants to/from referral health systems
Required Qualifications
- Respiratory Therapist experience
- Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU (2 years of experience)
- Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU experience within the last year
- Respiratory Therapist license in North Dakota
- Respiratory Therapist license in Minnesota
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- ACLS Certified
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
Additional Notes
- The role is managed in ShiftWise Flex, and vendors must be added to the vendor pool if the candidate is offered and accepts the contract
