X-Ray Tech
Overview
- Travel/Contract assignment in Akron, Ohio
- Night shift: 4x10s, 8:30pm–7:00am, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
- 13-week contract
- Replacement opening
Required Qualifications
- Valid Radiology Technician license in Ohio
- Radiology Technician experience within the last year
- 1.5 years of Radiology Technician experience
- Government-issued photo ID
- Background check prior to start
- Monthly EPLS/GSA/SAM check
- Monthly HHS/OIG check
- Fingerprinting completed within 48 hours of signed contract
- Education verification
- Pending background check attestation
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or RQI
- State license verification, if required
- Unit-specific competency exam within 12 months of start and updated annually
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Fit mask within 12 months of start and updated annually
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 6 months of start
- TB questionnaire, if history of past positive TB
- Rubeola immunity documentation
- Mumps immunity documentation
- Rubella immunity documentation
- Hepatitis B documentation
- Varicella immunity documentation
- 10-panel drug screen
- Flu vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption during flu season
- 2 references within 1 year of start
- 3 years prior work history, including at least 2 years of clinical practice in an acute care setting and in a similar area to the assignment
- Ohio BCI/FBI fingerprinting within 12 months of start and updated annually
