Overview
- Contract role in Alturas, California
- Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in California
- Physical Therapist (3 years of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 or more years of previous experience in physical therapy
Relevant Skills and Responsibilities
- Directs physical therapy services under the Director of Physical Therapy
- Coordinates and supervises department operations
- Administers physical agents prescribed by a referring physician
- Participates in continuous quality improvement activities
- Assists with budgeting and department charge review
- Assesses patients, including neonate, pediatric, adolescent, geriatric, and general patient populations
- Trains personnel using on-the-job training
- Communicates effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Additional languages are preferred
