Telemetry RN
Role
- Registered Nurse (RN) in Telemetry
Schedule
- 3x12 day shifts
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- No call requirements
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Nevada
- Telemetry (2 years of experience)
- Telemetry experience within the last year
- One 13-week or more of total travel experience
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Ability to identify and measure cardiac rhythm strips
Unit / Setting
- Telemetry department
- May float to Intensive Care Units for a telemetry/medically appropriate assignment and to medical surgical units
Additional Details
- Travelers may be required to float to the needs of the organization up to their competency level
- May be required to work major holidays and pick up one additional shift during the schedule period
- Schedule may include weekends, holidays, and some call shifts
- Low-census call-off may occur with 48 hours' notice, including full or partial shifts
- Patient population includes CHF, Alcohol Withdrawal, NSTEMI, sepsis, dysrhythmias, PNA, COPD, Covid, post-procedure pacemaker, ablation, cath lab, and OHS patients downgraded from ICU
