MRI Technologist

Overview

• Temp assignment in Keene, New Hampshire
• Days shift, 12 hours per day
• 13-week contract
• Local travelers within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered
• Traveler must have their own vehicle
• Non-billable orientation
• Call/call-back not applicable
• Charge/preceptor not applicable

Role Summary

Provide radiologic care to patients for diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders, including:

• Routine radiographs
• Barium fluoroscopy studies
• Orthopedic outpatient X-rays
• C-arm OR studies

Required Qualifications

• Valid MRI Technologist license in New Hampshire
• MRI Technologist (3 years of experience)
• MRI Technologist experience within the last year
• ARRT
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Experience in a hospital setting
• Driver's License

Scheduling / Time Off

• Requested time off must be noted and verified at upload
• No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted
• Scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission
• Requests after upload, interview, or offer will not be approved and may lead to a rescinded offer
• Travelers may not take all holidays off
• Must work two holiday blocks if scheduled/needed:

  • Thanksgiving Day, Friday after, and the weekend after
  • Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and the weekend after
  • New Year’s Eve through New Year’s Day and the weekend after

Equipment

• Siemens c-arms
• Siemens Agile fluoro/DR room
• Fuji DR
• Philips and GE rooms with FUJI Computed Radiography

Dress Code

• Hospital blue scrubs
• Business casual with a lab coat
• Basic plain personal scrubs
• No hooded sweatshirts
• Closed-toe shoes, sneakers, or clogs
• Hair must be pulled back if longer than shoulder length
• No dangling earrings
