Cardiology and IMC RN
Overview
- Travel RN assignment in Farmington, New Mexico
- 13-week contract
- Night shift: 1900-0730
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- 1 opening
- Backfill role
Unit / Setting
- Cardiology floor
- Intermediate Care unit
- 24 beds
- Level III trauma center
- Floating to any unit of need is expected
- Normal float units: PCU, Medical, Surgical, Nephrology
Required Qualifications
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Valid RN license in New Mexico
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- Cardiology experience
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years IMC or Cardiology experience
- IMC & Cardiac Care
Additional Details
- Adult to Geriatric patients
- Common diagnoses/treatments include STEMI, NonSTEMI, Stroke, Post Cath, and ETOH
- Standard Cardiology monitoring equipment, IV pumps, and crash carts are used
- Cerner is listed as the EHR
