Overview

• Location: Elmira, New York
• Employment type: LTA
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Monday-Thursday 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM; Friday 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Evening MRI technologist opening

Required Qualifications

• Valid MRI Technologist license in New York
• MRI Technologist (5 years of experience)
• MRI Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ARRT (MRI)
• Driver's License
• Experience with IV contrast injection
• License/Certificate Verification completed within 30 days prior to start
• State License Verification completed within 30 days prior to start
• Resume with all employment and gaps from the last 7 years accounted for, education history with degree title and graduation date, city/state for all assignments and education, and dates in MM/YY format
• Valid/current US driver’s license or US ID card
• Agency Background Check completed within 30 days of start
• Agency Drug Screen completed within 30 days prior to start
• Influenza vaccine or Centralus-specific declination form
• MMR immunity documentation
• Fit test completed prior to start
• Hepatitis B immunity documentation or declination
• TB testing documentation
• Varicella immunity documentation
• Tdap within the last 10 years or Centralus-specific declination form
• Physical/Health Statement within the past 12 months
• Centralus Skills Checklist for the unit the traveler will work in

Onboarding / Compliance Notes

• BLS must not expire while on assignment
• Fit test is an annual requirement
• Core Competency Exam must score 80% or higher and is updated annually
• TB testing is an annual requirement
• Centralus Health Reassessment form is required for extended travelers who extend beyond one year
• Proof of active TN visa is required at submission for candidates holding a Canadian-issued license
