Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Day shift
Guaranteed 36 hours per week

Setting

50% Home Health
50% Skilled Nursing Facility
Flexibility is required because the setting may vary based on area need

Required Qualifications

BLS Certification

Preferred

New grads are accepted

Software

HCHB for Home Health
NetHealth for Skilled Nursing Facility

Additional Notes

Therapy supervisor is onsite
No on-call or call-back
Local placements are limited to 80 miles
Housing is available if used, at additional cost
