Overview

• Travel/contract RN role in Dublin, Ohio.
• Rotating 8-hour day shifts; hours may extend beyond the scheduled shift based on patient census and operational needs.
• Patient population: adolescents and adults.
• Patient ratio: 1:2.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Ohio.
• Preoperative experience with 2 years of experience.
• Preoperative experience within the last year.
• One completed travel assignment.
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association.
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association.
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Experience in Charge roles.
• Experience with Epic.
• Ohio RN license verification required within 30 days of start.
• NURSYS verification.
• Education accreditation confirmation for nursing program.
• Employment application.
• Skills checklist.
• 2 professional references.
• Emergency contact form.
• Background check and fingerprinting requirements.
• Orientation safety manual acknowledgement.
• Unit-specific competency exam.
• Medication test/pharmacology competency exam.
• Dysrhythmia/EKG competency exam.
• State-required fraud, waste, and abuse training and reporting form.
• Dress code and hand hygiene policy acknowledgement.
• Physical exam.
• Tdap.
• Negative TB or chest X-ray.
• TB questionnaire.
• Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunization or titer requirements.
• Negative 10-panel drug screen.
• Flu vaccination or declination during flu season.
• Ohio State variable schedule attestation for OR.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pre-Op and PACU experience.
