Assignment Details
- 17 rooms
- Float: Yes
- Patient demographics: Infants, Peds, Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics
- Treats oncology patients currently receiving treatment who need symptom management
- Cancer diagnoses treated at this facility include Head and Neck, Sarcoma, CNS, Thoracic, All Peds, and GU
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Oncology (2 years of experience)
- Oncology experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Experience with EPIC documentation system
