Cardiac Cath Lab Tech

Overview

Travel assignment in Ocala, Florida
36 hours per week
4 ten-hour shifts with rotating call
Weekdays with call

Unit

Cardiac Cath Lab
3 labs
Patient ratio: 3:1
May float to nearby sister hospital West Marion for STEMI call

Required Qualifications

Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Florida
Cath Lab Technologist (2 years of experience)
Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
ACLS
BLS
RCIS
Experience with electrophysiology (EP)

Procedures / Skills

Right and left heart catheterization, diagnostic and intervention
Peripheral diagnostic and intervention procedures

Equipment / Documentation

GE lab
Impella
Balloon pump
Penumbra
IVUS
Merge Hemo documentation

Additional Notes
