Description

IP Rehab OT Acute

Overview

Contract role in Hilo, Hawaii
Day shift, Monday–Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
Coverage in Rehab and Acute Rehab
Evaluates and re-evaluates assigned patients in outpatient or inpatient settings
Plans and implements an ongoing therapeutic physical therapy program as prescribed by the ordering physician
Regularly updates treatment plans and home exercise programs
Independently manages a full caseload
Must be able to work Hawaii State and Federal Holidays as needed based on hospital operations

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Hawaii
Occupational Therapist with 2 years of experience
Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Red Cross
Experience in an Outpatient setting
Experience in an Acute Care setting

Additional Notes

Travelers not currently holding an active Hawaii license must apply upon acceptance of offer
Must arrive the Thursday before start to attend employee health appointment on Friday
