OT Acute Care Hospital

Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Randallstown, Maryland
• Day shift: 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., 5x8 hours
• Typically Monday-Friday with occasional weekends
• 1:1 ratio
• 14-week contract
• Adult and geriatric patient population
• Approximately 200 beds
• Orientation is approximately 40 hours or one week
• Eligible for auto offer
• Locals accepted
• No on-call requirement
• No block schedule accommodation
• First-timers not accepted
• One pre-approved time-off request is permitted per contract

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Maryland
• Occupational Therapist with 2 years of experience
• Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• Experience in an Acute Care setting
• Experience working with Adult patients
• Experience working with Geriatric patients
• Experience working with Stroke patients
• Experience working with Spinal Cord Injury patients
• Experience working with Orthopedics patients
• Experience with CVA rehabilitation
• Experience with dementia/Alzheimer's
• Experience with upper-extremity conditions
