Role Summary
- Provides care in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), maintaining adequate respiratory and cardiac status of patients awakening from anesthesia.
- Continually assesses patients, carries out physician orders, and maintains patient safety and comfort.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Michigan
- PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (2 years of experience)
- PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
