Description
Interim Leader
Overview
- Interim leader role in Roxboro, North Carolina.
- 12-week assignment.
- 40 hours per week.
- Local candidates must be 60 miles or greater to be considered travel.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in North Carolina.
- Manager experience within the last year.
- Manager (1 year of experience).
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Director of Nursing experience.
- Skilled Nursing experience.
Role Responsibilities
- Push med cart and work the floor as needed.
- Daily monitoring of resident condition via 24-hour reports and nursing data.
- Review admissions inquiries timely and provide feedback within 20 minutes.
- Assist with resident issues and care as needed.
- Monitor resident care, wounds, IV, skin, and changes of condition daily, and follow up with licensed nurses.
Unit / Facility Context
- 60-bed unit.
- Licensed for 98 beds total, including 38 acute beds and 60 extended care beds.
- Four fully digital operating rooms.
- Post-Anesthesia Recovery Rooms.
- Same Day Surgery Services.
- Joint Commission accredited.
- Free parking.
