Travel/Contract assignment in Kodiak, Alaska
Acute Care Medical Center / Long Term Care Facility / Outpatient setting
Level IV Trauma, Critical Access Hospital
46 acute care beds and 22 LTC beds

Schedule

Day shift, 5x8 hours
8:00–17:00
40 hours per week
Guaranteed 70 hours per 2 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Alaska
Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation

Preferred Qualifications

Pediatrics
Adolescents

Float Scope

May float within scope to cover Outpatient, Acute Care, and SNF

Weekend requirement: No

Local candidates: Not accepted; permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility

RTO restrictions: Based upon request
