RN Surgery

Overview

Travel RN role in the Operating Room
Specialty: Circulator
1 opening
40 guaranteed hours per week
On-call weekends/holidays, up to 8 days per month, with a 30-minute response time
May be asked to float within the department
6 Operating Rooms and 2 Endoscopy suites
Patient population includes infant, peds, adult, and geriatric

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Kentucky
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
ACLS
BLS
PALS
OR Circulate experience within the last year
2 years of OR Circulate experience
Ability to circulate service lines independently (Ortho, General Surgery, ENT, Cataracts, OB/GYN, Urology, Endoscopy)

Additional Details

Orientation is weekly on Mondays
Must be 60 miles or greater to be considered travel
Must change into hospital supplied scrubs; navy scrubs are listed as the scrub color
