Ultrasound Tech - General
Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Santa Rosa, California
- Night shift: 4x10, 21:00–07:00
- Weekend rotation required
- On-call required if census permits
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Role Summary
- Performs a full range of ultrasound procedures and produces diagnostic images
- Processes films, prepares service records, adjusts equipment, reports malfunctioning equipment, transports patients to and from the department
- Maintains scheduled patient appointments and unscheduled patient exams
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist
- Ultrasound Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by the American Heart Association
- ARDMS
- Experience in an Acute Care setting
