Schedule

• Days
• 24 hours per week
• Typical clinic hours vary by location:

  • 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
  • 9:30 AM–6:00 PM
  • 10:30 AM–7:00 PM
• 10-hour shift option: 8:00 AM–6:30 PM
• Majority of schedules are 5 days per week
• No weekends

Setting and Patient Population

• Outpatient only
• Primary caseload is MSK and ortho
• One clinic specializes in neuro
• Patients range from ages 8 to 100
• About 8–10 patients per PT per day
• 10 locations; traveler will be placed at a specific location
• May float within a 5-mile radius
• Furthest float would be 30 minutes

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Illinois
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• 2 years of Physical Therapist experience
• BLS certification
• Experience with Epic

Preferred Qualifications

• Travel experience
• One year of experience

Other Notes

• Business casual dress code
• Day one HR orientation, plus 2–3 days with charting blocks
• 45-minute treatments
• 60-minute evaluations, sometimes 45 minutes depending on diagnosis
• On-site educator available
• Secretaries handle scheduling
