Description
MRI Technologist
Overview
- Contract Clinician role in St. Ignance, Michigan
- 12-hour day shifts, 36 hours per week
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- AHA BLS
- ARRT(MR)
- Valid state driver’s license, as applicable
- 1 year of MR experience in high volume environments
- Technical proficiency operating designated vendor scanning equipment
- Proficiency running advanced MR studies independently
- Ability to work in a self-directed environment
- Experience managing customer interactions independently and resolving problems to mutual satisfaction
- Ability to explain complex medical terms and procedures in a way that is easily understood by a non-medical audience
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience training new technologists and/or Patient Coordinators
