Job Overview

Important Scheduling Notes

• Scheduling requests due to outside employment will not be considered.
• Weekends may exceed every other to meet unit needs.
• Must be open to working 3 of 5 major holidays.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in California
• Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
• 1 year of Interventional Radiology Technologist experience
• ACLS
• BLS
• NURSYS verification is required as applicable; required for all RNs.
• State license verification is required as applicable.
• Education verification is required for all candidates.
• Employment application must include at least the last 5 years of employment.
• Minimum of 2 references covering 1 year of employment total within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting.
• Physical exam within 1 year of start.
• Fit mask is required for travel starts on or after 2/5/2024.
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years.
• Negative TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Rubeola (Measles) documentation.
• Mumps documentation.
• Rubella documentation.
• Hepatitis B documentation.
• Varicella documentation.
• Drug testing within 12 months of start.
• Flu seasonal vaccination/documentation during flu season.
• COVID vaccination record or declination.
• RespSafety Clearance for travel starts on or after 2/5/2024.
• Skills Checklist 1, if applicable to the unit.
• Competency Exam, if applicable by profession/specialty.
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam, if applicable by profession.
• Color Blind Testing Online, if specifically required by the PM team or noted in the UD.
• Work history verification is required only when submitting an exception request in lieu of meeting reference requirements.

• Float policy acknowledgement is required; traveler may be required to float to another Providence facility within a reasonable distance.
