Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
Labor and Delivery (1 year of experience)
Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
AWHONN Intermediate FHM or C-EFM
BLS issued by American Heart Association
NRP
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing
Perinatal RN Residency
Recently practicing in a Perinatal Setting

Additional Requirements

New hires must attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire
New hires are precepted by a designated trained staff member
Initial onboarding requirements must be validated through completion of the designated organizational entry competency validation and a Perinatal Services-specific competency validation
Completion of all annual competency verification requirements
