RN Case Manager

Overview

Travel RN role in Case Management / (917)
Schedule: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
No weekends required
Hours per week: 36
Contract length: 13 weeks

Unit

Case Management / (917)
Based on CPCU (3rd) and PCU (4th) step-down units
CPCU has 14 beds; PCU has 14 beds

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Kansas
Acute Care Case Management (1 year of experience)
Acute Care Case Management experience within the last year
BLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred

Midas and HCA case management experience
Prior HCA Hospital experience

Responsibilities

Case management assessment
Discharge planning

Additional Context

Meditech and Midas experience is sought
CPCU is the cardiac step-down unit where CABG and TAVR patients go
PCU is a medical step-down unit with a variety of patients
The team is described as welcoming, collaborative, and helpful
