- Alaska RN license
- BLS certification
- 1 year LTC experience

Additional Details
- Client may call off up to 24 hours in a 13-week assignment with no penalty
- Overtime is paid after 8 hours/day and after 40 hours/week
- Nurse-to-patient ratio: Days 1:18; Nights 1:25
- General and Planetree orientation required
